Ukpo Royal Family, community condole with Soludo over demise of father

His Majesty Igwe Dr Chukwudilim Eze (Okofia Vi) the Head of Eze Royal Family and Igwe of Ukpo, Dunukofia Ancient Kingdom and the Royal Family have commiserated with Governor Soludo on the demise of his father, Pa Simeon Nwankwo Soludo who passed on at the age of 92.

The condolence message is contained in a letter on behalf of the Royal Family and the good people of Ukpo, signed by Prince Engr. Dr Arthur Ikpechukwu Eze OFR.

The letter stated that the Royal Family and Ukpo Kingdom share with Soludo and indeed "the entire Soludo family of Umueze village Isuofia community of Aguata Local Government Anambra State, this moment of deep emotional distress resulting from passing on of Ichie Akunanwa aged 92years."

The governor’s father died on Monday at the age of 92. He is survived by seven sons, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Pa Soludo’s demise was  disclosed through a release signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Christian Aburime.
