Austica Memorial College, Nanka holds interhouse sports Sunday, May 19

All is now set for the inter house sports  competition of Austica Memorial College Nanka scheduled to  hold Sunday, May 19, 2024. 

The sports fiesta will feature field and track events including football, handball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, scrabble, chess, long jump 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m 1,500.

The Principal of the School Rev. Fr. Obiorah Okeke (Esq) announced exciting entertainments. He stated that visiting schools will engage in 100m relay race as well as 200m. Rev. Fr. Obiorah Okeke assured that participants will be adequately rewarded.

As part of events for the day, some of the students will be receiving first holy communion during 9am Mass.

Mr. James Umwokadoe is  Sports Coordinator.

Austica Memorial College, Nanka is in Orumba North LGA, but within the Catholic  Diocece of Ekwulobia. The college has, over the years, performed creditably, nurturing students towards high moral and academic standards.
