In line with Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s commitment to fostering quality leadership in town unions and community development, the Transition Committee Chairman of Orumba South Local Government Area, Prince Neville Uchendu has effectively overseen peaceful town union elections in Isulo, Ogbunka, and Umuchukwu towns respectively.
The elections were conducted according to each town’s constitution, adhering strictly to the principles of fair play and justice.
Prince Uchendu who was accompanied by his wife Jennifer,described Ndi Anambra West as major beneficiaries of Governor Soludo’s eventful administration in terms of road infrastructure, security, employment as well as other basic amenities and urged them to reciprocate the Governor’s gesture by giving him maximum support at all times.
The Oroma-Etiti beach carnival was organized by the Commissioner for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Community Affairs, Chief Tony-Collins Nwabunwanne who hails from the area.
