The Chaplain, St Augustine's Chaplaincy, Federal Polytechnic oko, Rev Fr Dr John Umeojiakor has encouraged worshipers of Christ to foster peace among each other as prescribed in the Gospel as it is the base through which God's love and harmony can be uplifted.
The Chaplain made the statement during the Mass marking Christ the king feast at Federal Polytechnic, Oko.
Also, speaking at the ceremony marking the event which held at the Convocation arena of the institution, Rev Fr Aloysius Amamchukwu of Immaculate conceptions parish Ezi-Oko, charged Christians to embrace unity and love for one another adding that it is the best way to showcase Christianity. He encouraged non believers of Christ to change their lives.
The event drew all priest and parishioners within Oko community, viz St Augustine's Chaplaincy, St Theresa Parish, St Peter's Parish and Immaculate Conception Parish.
